For those who are seeking to indulge in an award-winning dining experience, Anthology offers menus curated by the worlds` most celebrated chefs and pairing by illustrious winemakers. Dining at Anthology is truly a one-of-a-kind experience enabling discovery and enrichment, and is not part of the inclusive culinary experiences. Tasting menu – EUR 140 per person. Wine pairing – EUR 60 per person
The Chef’s Kitchen offers an immersive experience for 12 guests. Our culinary experts guide our guests through a journey of discovering new ingredients, flavours, textures and cultures. The Chef’s Kitchen cooking classes are not part of the inclusive culinary experiences.
