The programme, executed by EHL Certified Trainers, heroes modern European service style, cementing Explora Journeys' commitment to an exceptional guest experience - across our six luxury ships.

For those who are seeking to indulge in an award-winning dining experience, Anthology offers menus curated by the worlds` most celebrated chefs and pairing by illustrious winemakers. Dining at Anthology is truly a one-of-a-kind experience enabling discovery and enrichment, and is not part of the inclusive culinary experiences. Tasting menu – EUR 190 per person. Wine pairing – EUR 75 per person 

 

The Chef’s Kitchen offers an immersive experience for 12 guests. Our culinary experts guide our guests through a journey of discovering new ingredients, flavours, textures and cultures. The Chef’s Kitchen cooking classes are not part of the inclusive culinary experiences.

 

For fine wine and spirits connoisseurs or those wishing to elevate their experience or celebrate a special occasion, an ultra-exquisite selection of wines, spirits, and liqueurs, will also be available for purchase.
